Board told ad-hoc A&I committee should continue to gather community questions and monitor progress

During the Jan. 27 work session, district staff reviewed the purpose of the ad-hoc committee connected to the A&I plan and recommended the committee remain active. The presenter told the board the committee's continuation would allow board members and community representatives to engage with data, ask questions about implementation and monitor progress as KIPs are refined. The recommendation was described as continuation of an informational committee, and the slides did not record a formal motion, vote or change to committee membership during the posted session.
Board members will consider committee activities and future reports as staff refine data measures and report on progress toward the May 2026 targets.
