In his presentation, Dyer reviewed the history of the Integrated Plan at Cascade, explained the development and prioritization process used this year, and described how the plan targets specific demographics to support strategic outcomes and maintain graduation rates. During the public comment period that followed, community members asked how staff will be trained on planned safety upgrades, how infrastructure and technology changes will be maintained, and how the district will review data to ensure goals are met. Dyer provided clarification in response to those questions.
The board approved the draft plan as presented; the minutes record the action as a resolution passed at the April 14 meeting with a unanimous vote.
