Sunnyside-Tahoe City PED board adopts updated communication strategy

"What happens next is an annual work plan is developed and implemented, in line with this communication strategy," the presenter (speaker 5) told the board, explaining staff will bring a detailed annual plan and revisit the strategy during the next strategic-plan cycle. The presenter also noted a simple clarifying edit requested during committee review: list the community as a primary audience for recreation communications.
A motion to adopt the communication strategy was moved and seconded; the board voted "Aye" and the chair announced the motion carried unanimously. Staff said the strategy will be operationalized through an annual work plan and communicated to committees for implementation.
