The motion to adopt was made by Trustee Sergio Valdez and seconded by Trustee Lupe Flores. The minutes record a roll-call vote with all seven trustees recorded as voting Yes: S. Charles, L. Flores, I. Maldonado, S. Ochoa, S. Valdez, R. Varela and J. Zavala.
