Board approves multiple service agreements, MOUs and expanded-learning contracts

Approvals on the consent calendar included service agreements with GrowthPoint Technologies, Inc. for the Mendota Unified English Learners Saturday Academy and the Mendota Unified Migrant Saturday Academy for 2024–2025; a contract with Vector Solutions, LLC for Alternative Education; a Memorandum of Understanding with Girl Scouts of Central California South for the Girl Scouts Expanded Learning Troop Program (effective Sept. 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025); contract addenda with Stepping Stones Group and ProCare Therapy; and an MOU with Fresno Migrant Seasonal Head Start to coordinate special education services from June 2024 to June 2027.
The consent calendar was moved and approved with two trustees absent; individual contract dollar amounts and funding sources are not specified in the public minutes.
