"I move we approve the consent agenda as presented," moved Jill O'Donnell; the motion was seconded by Marc Staunton and passed 5–0 with Brooke Kliewer, Steve Lowell, Jill O'Donnell, John Rademacher and Marc Staunton voting yea. The consent agenda included the monthly financial report and the minutes from the April 17, 2025 regular board meeting, as well as newly authorized contracts for multiple hires across district schools and listed resignations. One rescission (Kearsten Conner, Ferguson) was noted in the packet.
Board member John Rademacher moved to approve grant awards "in the amount of $15,676.90." That motion was seconded and approved unanimously. The board packet lists the grant awards and supporting documentation as presented at the meeting.
The board adjourned its regular session at 6:26 PM.
