The Klamath County School District Board unanimously adopted policy AC (Nondiscrimination and Civil Rights) and the accompanying administrative regulation AC-AR (Discrimination Complaint Procedure) on second reading at its April 17 meeting.
Brooke Kliewer moved to adopt the second-reading policy updates and Jill O'Donnell seconded. "I move we adopt the second reading policy updates as presented," Kliewer said; the motion passed 5-0.
Board members noted the adoption was a second-reading adoption; the updated policy and administrative regulation are included in the district packet and will be posted with policy documents.
