The Klamath County School District Board of Directors adopted Resolution 25-04, a supplemental budget for fiscal year 2024-25, during its April 17 regular meeting following a short public hearing. Director of Business Services Janet Melsness reviewed the resolution and supporting materials from the board packet before the hearing opened and closed.
Jill O'Donnell moved the adoption and Marc Staunton seconded. "I move we adopt Resolution 25-04 a supplemental budget for FY 2024-25 as presented," O'Donnell said. The motion passed on a 5-0 vote: Brooke Kliewer: Yea; Steve Lowell: Yea; Jill O'Donnell: Yea; John Rademacher: Yea; Marc Staunton: Yea.
Board chairing duties were handled by vice chair John Rademacher for the meeting. There was no public testimony at the supplemental budget hearing. The district packet includes the full resolution and financial schedules reviewed by Melsness; those documents were referenced during the presentation and will remain in the district record.
