The Centennial SD 28J board unanimously approved routine procedural items at its Sept. 10 meeting. Director Melissa Standley moved to approve the meeting agenda; Director Michael Newman seconded and "the motion passed unanimously." Directors later approved the July 9 and July 30, 2025 minutes by similar motions.
During the post-break session the board approved confirmation items (site council minutes, financial statements, enrollment reports, human resources actions and student travel) after a motion by Director Ronald "Jess" Hardin and a second from Director Rose Solowski. Meeting minutes record each motion as passing unanimously. Seven board directors were listed as present at the start of the meeting; no absences were recorded.
