District presents Roadmap ’27 Year 2 results and Year 3 priorities, including Profile of a Graduate

Dr. Tasha Katsuda presented an overview of Year 2 implementation of Roadmap '27 and reviewed district-level goals, metrics and end-of-year excellence targets for 2024–25. She said Year 3 planning will prioritize Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and the development of a Profile of a Graduate that outlines desired learning outcomes and instructional shifts.
Board members engaged with the presented data and asked questions about implementation. Dr. Katsuda stressed the district’s focus on refining existing practices rather than adding new priorities and outlined a timeline and implementation plan for the Profile of a Graduate.
