The North Bend School District #13 Board of Directors met in executive session on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025, beginning at 5:00 PM in the North Bend High School Library. Board Chair Jim Jordan led the roll call; attendees listed in the minutes included board members Nathan McClintock, Dallas Petenbrink, Michelle Roberts, Mary Schilling, Julie Thies and Carol Yardley; Superintendent Vince Swagerty; Assistant Superintendent Tim Crider; Attorney Rebekah Jacobson (via Zoom); and Board Secretary Michelle Brix.
At the start of the meeting Director Dallas Petenbrink moved to approve the agenda as presented, and Director Nathan McClintock seconded. The motion was approved unanimously, 7-0. The board dismissed to executive session at 5:04 PM under ORS 192.660(2)(f) to consider records exempt by law from public inspection, listing two complaints submitted by Darren Sinko among the items to be considered. The board reconvened from executive session at 5:36 PM and adjourned by consensus at 5:39 PM.
