Student representatives report spring sports success, prom set for May 17

High school student representatives Eli Berrier and Dwayne Parker updated the North Bend School District board on student activities and athletics on April 3.
They reported that the baseball team posted an 11-1 victory on Wednesday, April 2; track athletes have achieved numerous personal records; and the girls flag football team has begun competition. The students told the board that prom is scheduled for May 17 and that the high school will hold a spirit week ahead of prom. The minutes also note that the high school gym lighting was updated to conform to regulations.
