Directors voted to dedicate a right-of-way (agenda item R24/25-46) and separately to dedicate a utility easement (R24/25-47); both motions passed unanimously, 6-0.
Mitzi Bauer moved the right-of-way resolution, which Glenn Wachter seconded. The separate utility-easement resolution was moved by Mitzi Bauer and seconded by April Dobson. The minutes identify the location (162nd Avenue at Scouters Mountain Elementary School) but do not attach maps or deed language; staff follow-up is required to complete the legal conveyance process with the City of Happy Valley.
