Chair Ben Phillip proposed a motion “to accept the Pay Equity Report as presented,” and board members voted in favor; the motion carried 4–0.
Phan Tu presented the report to the board during the regular session. The board did not record any amendments to the report in the transcript. The approval was a formal action on the consent/regular portion of the agenda and the board's unanimous vote means the report will stand as accepted unless revisited at a later meeting.
