Jenkinsburg council adopts agenda, approves minutes and accepts August financial reports

The City of Jenkinsburg Council convened Sept. 22, 2025, and Mayor Eddie Ford confirmed a quorum at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Pro-Tem Jason Watts moved to adopt the meeting agenda; Gary Brown seconded the motion and council members voted in favor (Jason Watts-aye, Gary Brown-aye, Gary Roberts-aye, Brent Eberspacher-aye). The meeting proceeded after an invocation by Watts and the pledge led by Mayor Ford.
The council then approved the Aug. 11, 2025 minutes on a motion by Jason Watts, seconded by Brent Eberspacher; the recorded vote was Watts, England, Brown, Roberts and Eberspacher voting aye. Council member Brent Eberspacher moved to accept the August 2025 financial reports as presented; Gary Roberts seconded the motion and it passed with the same affirmative voting pattern. City Clerk Debi Smith recorded the minutes.
