The Spearman ISD Board on July 14 approved a suite of contracts with Region 16 Education Service Center for 2025–26 and authorized the superintendent to execute the contracts. The motion, made by Mike Pearson and seconded by Anne Marie Pearson, carried 6-0.
Exhibit C attached to the minutes lists a number of itemized services and fees, including DMAC Solutions ($11,126.80), TSDS Coordinator Services ($16,000), and various cybersecurity and managed-network line items. The contracts cover federal program services, technology procurement and instructional supports; the board action authorizes district staff to finalize and sign the agreements on the district’s behalf.
Superintendent James Layman was authorized to execute the contracts as part of the board’s motion. No dissent was recorded in the minutes.
