Director Wally Lierman moved to adopt the evaluation and continue the superintendent’s employment; Vice Chair Derrick Foxworth seconded and the motion passed with all six voting directors in favor. The board’s public record shows the motion passed unanimously with votes recorded for Directors Daniel Cote, Sarah Dalisky, Derrick Foxworth, Josh Ort, Wally Lierman and Chair Phil Wiesner. Vice Chair Foxworth summarized the board’s role in the evaluation and stated the board is “very pleased with Kim’s performance,” per the meeting minutes.
