The Silver Falls School District 4J board adopted Superintendent Kim Kellison’s evaluation and voted to continue her employment in a unanimous roll call on March 9.
Director Wally Lierman moved to adopt the evaluation and continue the superintendent’s employment; Vice Chair Derrick Foxworth seconded and the motion passed with all six voting directors in favor. The executive-session review under ORS 192.660(2)(i) preceded the action and an executive summary of the evaluation was uploaded to BoardBook.
The board’s public record shows the motion passed unanimously with votes recorded for Directors Daniel Cote, Sarah Dalisky, Derrick Foxworth, Josh Ort, Wally Lierman and Chair Phil Wiesner. Vice Chair Foxworth summarized the board’s role in the evaluation and stated the board is “very pleased with Kim’s performance,” per the meeting minutes. The board did not attach conditions or amendments to the motion when it was adopted.
