Similarly, Mayor Pro-Tem Jason Watts moved to approve the Nov. 24 minutes (seconded by Gary Roberts), and Gary Brown moved to accept the financial reports (seconded by Jason Watts); both motions passed with the same recorded five 'aye' votes.
