In response to a question she said, "Contracts are different from staffing. Contracts ensure employees have job rights." Co‑Vice Chair Shauna Tominey, Ph.D., moved to approve the item and Director Judah Largent seconded. The vote was recorded as Yea from Tominey, Largent, Hawkins, Wang, Jones, Al‑Abdrabbuh and Chair Whitebear; the motion passed unanimously, 7‑0.
The board report states the documents will be archived in the official 2024‑25 board records. With the action complete and no further business, Chair Whitebear adjourned the meeting at 6:42 p.m.
