The Clerk said everyone had copies of the financial reports and that he found them "self explanatory." No member raised questions. Lynn moved to accept the reports and the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
On the audit of claims, the Clerk said he had a few questions and "asked Michelle"; no further questions were raised. A motion to accept the audit of claims was made, seconded and carried by voice vote. The transcript records voice votes and short affirmations but does not include roll-call tallies.
