The motion, made by Director M. Nguyen and seconded by Director Diep, passed unanimously 5-0. According to the minutes, the board further directed General Counsel James H. Eggart to prepare a ratifying resolution for consideration at the board—s Feb. 17, 2026 meeting and to draft the amendment to the General Manager—s employment agreement.
