ICOE announces staff promotions, hires and five student scholarship awards

In posted personnel updates at the June 11 meeting, Superintendent Barry Simpson announced multiple staffing changes at the Inyo County Office of Education: Heather Carr was promoted to Associate Superintendent of Student Services; Alice Bruck was hired as Director of Special Education; Randee Arcularius was promoted to Director of Education Services; and Brooklyn Jenkins was hired as the Inyo County School Nurse.
