The Danville Planning Board reviewed and unanimously approved the minutes of Dec. 11, 2025. According to the minutes, Charles Underhill moved to accept the minutes and Barry Hantman seconded; the motion carried with all voting in favor.
Board members noted that Chip Current and Paul Taglieri have terms expiring this year and will appear on the ballot; the board also said there are two open alternate positions. Barry Hantman moved to adjourn (seconded by Charles Underhill), the motion carried, and the meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m. The board recorded that no items are currently on the agenda for the next scheduled meeting, Feb. 12, 2026.
