Danville Rec Committee reviews recent events; volunteers and maintenance noted

Joe reported that the D&D sessions went well in November and that January drew 15 players, while December attendance was low ‘‘because it was not well advertised.’’ He said he fixed a broken doorknob and a round table and that the shed ‘‘could use a good cleaning.’’ The group noted snack supplies are running low.
The Craft Fair/Sip and Shop drew good attendance, though one vendor complained there had been two vendors selling jams; the committee discussed steps to avoid duplicate vendors at future fairs. Members also reported the Senior Luncheon and Tree Lighting were well attended and recommended checking the inventory of Santa gifts for next year.
