Council approves gym reseal, HVAC maintenance and camera repairs at Wellness Center

Council also approved $1,212.01 in immediate Wellness Center repairs tied to the HVAC work (a $200 discount was noted if the annual contract was signed). The council approved replacement/upgrades for the Wellness Center MVR system at an estimated $1,800 and authorized adding two cameras to the weight room and a camera for the utility closet.
