"What we have is an agreement with Greenwood Consulting, and this is for a traffic analysis on the Washington Street corridor," staff said during the presentation. Council moved and approved the resolution on a roll-call vote.
The study is intended to identify whether corridor upgrades—such as adding a third travel lane in places—are warranted and to inform future capital planning. Findings will return to the council with recommendations and potential project costs.
