"Last month, you'll remember we adopted a conflict of interest policy. We wanted to update our code of ethics to reflect that," the staff member said when explaining the new public hearing. Trustees moved to set the hearing date, seconded, and approved the date by voice vote; no objections were recorded during the meeting.
