Pam Gural-Bear, West Whiteland Township manager, told the Public Services Commission on May 6 that Remington Vernick Engineers (RVE) will present the results of a sewer-rate and tapping-fees study to the Board of Supervisors on May 13 at 6:30 p.m.
Gural-Bear said a presentation by Enterprise Car Rental also will be on the Board agenda. The sewer-rate and tapping-fees study could inform future changes to rates or connection charges the Board may consider; the Commission heard this as an informational update and no formal action was taken at the May 6 meeting.
The notice to the Commission places substantive review of RVE’s findings with the Board of Supervisors, which will consider next steps after the May 13 presentation. Commission members did not vote or direct staff to take further action at the May 6 meeting. The Board meeting information was listed on the Township agenda, which included instructions for the public to join via Zoom.
