At its July 15 meeting the committee approved three routine financial resolutions. Resolution 2026-94 requests consent to anticipate a Recycling Tonnage grant of $863.93 for the 2026 budget; Resolution 2026-95 requests consent to anticipate an Alcohol Education Rehab grant of $198.34. Both measures were moved by Deputy Mayor Georgette Miller and adopted unanimously.
The committee also adopted Resolution 2026-97 to waive garbage fees and interest for Account ID 3379-0 (Apple Mountain Golf Club) retroactive to Jan. 1, 2025 through the second quarter of 2026 on the grounds the property did not utilize garbage service in that period. The resolutions were procedural and passed by unanimous roll call votes.
