The motion was made by Kim Klepcyk and seconded by Barry Welch; voting was recorded as 6 in favor, 0 against.
The consent vote also included designation of the district's non-business days for the 2025 calendar for the purpose of responding to requests under the Texas Public Information Act. The minutes do not show separate discussion for each consent item; all were approved together as a single consent motion.
