After roll call, staff announced that a quorum was not present; as a result, the Recreation Advisory Committee was unable to conduct official business or take formal action on any agenda items. Committee members nonetheless reviewed evaluation binders and discussed the consultant selection process in a nonbinding manner.
Members agreed to complete independent evaluations over approximately two weeks and reconvene on July 20, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. to compare scores, develop a consensus ranking and decide which firms should be invited to interviews. The July 20 meeting was scheduled as the next procedural step to enable formal recommendations once a quorum is present.
