Director Victor Yaw moved to approve the minutes; Director Paul Holzer seconded. Later in the meeting Director David Adams moved to approve the March accounts payable and Director Dor Hansen seconded; the board recorded a roll-call vote with Directors Harold Smith, David Adams, Dor Hansen, Paul Holzer and Victor Yaw voting aye and none voting no or absent.
The votes complete routine governance housekeeping the board reviews at each regular meeting. The approvals maintain the district's official record and allow the finance office to proceed with payments listed in the March warrant batch.
