Mojave PUD approves December minutes, payments and uncollectible account write-offs

The Mojave Public Utility District board approved several routine financial and record-keeping items on Jan. 8, 2026. Director Victor Yaw moved to approve the Dec. 11, 2025 meeting minutes; Director Paul Holzer seconded and the motion passed by a roll call vote of AYES: Smith, Adams, Hansen, Holzer & Yaw.
The board also approved accounts payable for December 2025 on a motion from Director David Adams seconded by Director Dor Hansen. Separately, the board authorized writing off closed accounts deemed uncollectible and approved clearing uncashed refund checks aged six months or longer; Director Paul Holzer made the motion and Director David Adams seconded. Each action passed unanimously by roll call.
