Members asked that the survey be shortened and that repetitive phrasing be removed to reduce respondent fatigue. The committee discussed including transport‑mode options such as rideshare and a Lighthouse Point shuttle, and asked staff to double‑check public lists used to compile the distribution list. The draft will be cleaned up and returned for approval before it is presented to the Commission in November.
