CIP Manager Martin Smith told the Council the Town received $664,000 in ADOT TIP funding for the project, and the low responsive bid left room to expand the project with remaining grant funds.
Acting Town Manager Michael Showers and CIP Manager Smith answered Council questions about the bid and TIP funding. The motion to award the contract passed unanimously. The award authorizes the town to enter contract negotiations with Lincoln Constructors and directs staff to proceed with grant-eligible project work.
