The lot is .53 acres in the RS9 zoning district and staff recommended approval.
Acting Chair Denise Due Hartsfield swore in petitioner representative Frank Williams and property owner Themus Fulks, who answered the board’s questions about placement. With no opposition present, upon motion by Ms. Natasha Smith and second by Mr. Gregory Hairston the board approved the case per plan on file by a 6-0 vote. The record lists the vote tally but does not show individual member roll-call in the minutes.
