During regular business the board revisited a contract that had been continued from the July 14 meeting. Commissioner Bill Maendele moved (after rescinding an earlier motion) to terminate the contract immediately; Commissioner Daniel Lynch seconded. The roll-call vote recorded Aye: Maendele, Lynch, Kouba; Nay: Ivan Klein, Ronald Loeffelholz, Sherry Morrow; Absent: Timothy Higgins. The minutes state the motion was "locked and referred back to Zoning Committee."
Mitchell Humphrey, a licensed land surveyor with Buffalo Surveying Corp, addressed the board during the discussion. The minutes do not record an immediate implementation directive; instead the item was referred back for additional committee consideration per the board's recorded action.
