Mountain View Acres work to proceed in six phases beginning July 2026

Larry Stefanski said the project is divided into six color‑coded construction phases and described sequencing rules intended to limit disruption: crews will work in only one phase at a time and generally will not leave a phase until all work and restoration are complete. "We will only be take working within 1 phase at a time. Crews will not leave from 1 phase to another until all work is completed," he said.
Stefanski gave schedule estimates: "You will see work is expected to begin in July 2026. Final paving is expected to be done in summer of 2028," and added that each phase is expected to take about 90 days, subject to weather and delays. He also noted Phase 6 is an alternate phase and that some structures for Phase 1 are already on site.
