The consent agenda included minutes of the Nov. 17 and Dec. 9 meetings, revenue and expenditure reports, athletic and tax receipts, and set the Jan. 26 regular board meeting start time to 7:00 p.m.
Following consent items, President Gary McMurtry moved to adjourn and Carrie Trees seconded; the board adjourned at 7:42 p.m. The transcript records the motion carried unanimously.
