Commissioners discussed a limited number of definitional items — including a carryover reference to trailer parks in the commercial definition — and questions about coverage for biohazardous waste, which staff said the ordinance includes only for consistency with potential contract requirements.
After brief discussion, a motion to adopt the ordinance on second reading passed 5–0. City staff said the ordinance reorganizes the code for clarity and will not change the special assessment that appears on property tax bills.
