Commission approves agenda and prior minutes, schedules Aug. 5 meeting
Summary
The Coffee County Highway Commission unanimously approved the meeting agenda and previous months minutes, recorded routine reports, set the next meeting for Aug. 5, 2026, and adjourned after a motion by Mr. Markum and second by Mr. Bush.
At the start of the July 1 meeting Mr. Bush moved to accept the agenda as read; Mr. Markum seconded and "All were in favor." The commission followed by approving the previous months minutes on a motion by Mr. Bush, seconded by Mr. Markum, with unanimous assent.
The commission set its next regular meeting for Aug. 5, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in Administrative Plaza Conference Room 1. At the close of the meeting Mr. Markum moved to adjourn, Mr. Bush seconded, and the meeting was recorded as adjourned. The minutes include signature lines for the chairman and secretary and a notation that the minutes were approved Aug. 5, 2026.
