Highway superintendent reports mowing under way; paving delayed after crew absence

"The county is hoping to get back to paving after the July 4th holiday," Bartlett said, adding that crews plan to move to Bankshire Road in Beechgrove, then to Tullahoma, and finish the season in Hillsboro.
