Pitman council hires Pamela Brodowski to appraise former Sony site; cost estimated at $25,000

Councilman Fitzpatrick told the council the Sony sub-committee interviewed four appraisers and selected Pamela Brodowski of BRB Valuation & Consulting Services, LLC. He said the appraisal contract is priced at $25,000, with a possible additional $7,500 if condemnation becomes necessary, and estimated a two-month turnaround. Administrator McCafferty will sign the agreement to begin the work.
Fitzpatrick described Ms. Brodowski as a Condemnation Commissioner in Burlington County with relevant experience; the selection was presented as a committee recommendation and not yet a separately ratified formal contract at the work session.
