Trustee Nicole Gore moved to adopt the canvass and Trustee Clint Mahannah seconded; the motion was recorded as adopted. The district recorded that the newly elected members will be sworn in at the regular monthly meeting on May 19, 2025. Present for the called meeting were Trustees Ashley Ramirez, Clint Mahannah, Kacy Quinton and Nicole Gore; Trustees William Fifer, Jason Jack and Jenni McCaslin were listed as absent. Central office staff in attendance included Superintendent Dixie Johnson, Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent Teresa Ledbetter, CFO Diana Wolfe and Director of Data and Services Brandon Douglas.
