On a motion by Councilor Robert Foreman, seconded by Vice Mayor Wendy Escoffier, the Council approved the consent agenda with the exceptions of Item 4(c) (Personnel Manual revisions) and Item 4(d) (Yavapai College facilities use) as pulled for discussion.
Later in the meeting, Councilor Patricia Seybold moved, and Vice Mayor Escoffier seconded, to approve the renewal of a facilities use agreement with Yavapai College allowing the college to use designated Town-owned facilities for educational classes, meetings, and related public-benefit activities. Town Manager Miranda Fisher explained that Yavapai College had requested the agreement because it regularly utilizes multiple Town facilities. The motion carried 7-0.
