Resident questions scope of places-for-eating and streaming taxes at Bensenville hearing

"You call it the the 1 tax that you added is called a, a place to sit down and eat, but it's really for takeout food," Benson said, asking for clarity about which food items and establishments would be taxed. Finance staff and the village president responded that a frequently asked questions document is available on the village website and offered to have finance staff contact Benson directly to explain details.
