Board approves TASB Localized Policy Manual Update 124 changes

Aaron Larraga, HR Director, presented the recommended policy changes, which included replacements or revisions to policies such as CAA(LOCAL) (financial ethics), CDA(LOCAL) (investments), CY(LOCAL) (intellectual property), DH(LOCAL) (employee standards of conduct), EHB(LOCAL) (curriculum special programs), EHBB(LOCAL) (gifted and talented programs), FFG(LOCAL) (child abuse and neglect), and GKA(LOCAL) (conduct on school premises). Claudia Coronado moved to approve the recommended changes and Juan Viveros seconded; motion carried unanimously.
The minutes list the policy codes adopted but do not reproduce the policy language; administration is responsible for publishing the updated local policy manual per TASB guidance.
