Planning staff announces cancellation of two upcoming meetings, next meeting set for Sept. 17

Planning officer Tyler Young told the board that a recent lull in submittals means two upcoming meetings can be canceled and that the board will reconvene in mid-September. "The planning board meeting that was scheduled on Thursday, August 20 at 1PM can be canceled, and the platting board meeting scheduled on Thursday, September 3 at 1PM can be canceled," Young said, adding that the board would reconvene on Thursday, September 17 where three cases are currently scheduled.
Young said reminder emails would be sent at least one week ahead of the longer interval and wished the board "enjoy your time off." The chair adjourned the meeting at 1:13 PM.
