Mayor Janet W. Tucci opened the April 8 caucus meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of West Long Branch and said "in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 adequate notice of this meeting of the Mayor and Council has been provided." She also read the list of items the council planned to address in executive session after the public portion of the meeting.
Tucci identified six items the council scheduled for closed discussion: an HR memorandum; an Environmental/Shade Tree secretary position; potential shared-services talks with Oceanport; the West Long Branch Community Center contract; possible litigation; and Fire Department personnel matters. The council agreed to go into executive session after the caucus to discuss those items. The public record on April 8 contains the list of topics but not the outcomes of the closed-session discussions.
