County IT pitches $55,050 radio alignment tool to avoid costly vendor service

Participants agreed using eligible grant funds could be appropriate. The sheriff and staff noted that items touching radio maintenance likely have a nexus to the 287(g) program and could be paid from those grant receipts as they arrive. James said staff will bring a more detailed cost and deployment plan to the commissioners' court for approval.
